To edit the personal data of your Publons profile, click on your initials that appear in the top right-hand corner of the page, and then click on Settings in the drill down menu.
On the next page, you can modify your profile photo, your name and surname, your alternative publishing names, your country, your biography...
You can also input your research fields, determine the order in which your publications are to be displayed on your profile and your researcher badge, and choose whether to let others view your metrics page, total citations, and h-index.
Click on "Save profile" to save the changes made. Then click on "Affiliations" in the Settings section of the menu on the left.
On this page, you can add Universities and Academic Institutions you have been affiliated with. Type the information in the table in the "Institution affiliations" section, and click "Add another" if you want to add more than one institution. Remember to press "Save changes" to save the changes.
